Welcome to the tutorial on how to generate a requisition using the e-Requisite system. Follow these steps and refer to the attached image to successfully raise a requisition.

 

Steps to Generate a Requisition:

 

1. Select Project

   - Navigate to the "Project" dropdown menu and select the appropriate project for your requisition.

 

2. Select Budget Code / Account

   - In the "Budget Code" field, choose the budget code or account associated with your project. This ensures that the expenses are allocated correctly.

 

3. Select Sub-Account

   - From the "Sub-Account" dropdown, select the sub-account that corresponds to the specific expense category. This could be for different types of expenses such as incentives, travel, supplies, etc.

 

4. Enter Beneficiary Name

   - In the "Beneficiary/Payee" field, enter the name of the person or entity that will receive the payment.

 

5. Select Payment Method

   - Choose the payment method from the available options (e.g., Bank Transfer, Cash, Check). This will dictate how the funds will be disbursed.

 

6. Enter Amount

   - Input the amount to be paid in the "Amount" field. Ensure that the amount is correct and corresponds to the requisition details.

 

7. Click on the Green Button

   - After entering all the necessary details, click on the green button (highlighted with a plus sign) to add the entry to your requisition list.

 

By following these steps, your screen should look similar to the provided image, with the table showing your entry.

 

Repeat for Multiple Beneficiaries:

 

- If you have more than one beneficiary to pay for the activity, repeat steps 3-7 for each beneficiary.

- This allows you to consolidate all payments related to the activity before proceeding to the final steps.

 

Final Steps:

- Ensure all details are accurate and complete the requisition process by filling in any additional payment details or notes.
